Our Team
Our Team consists of wide range of professional degrees including; Attorneys, Masters of Business Administration, Certified Public Accountants, Enrolled Agents with the IRS, Paralegals and Notary Publics. Our staff resources are 60% accounting 40% legal/client administration. Collectively our team has over 100 years of experience in this field, and over half our staff has been with EAS for over 10 years.

Tirsa Smith, MBA
With over 22 years of experience in trustee services and taxation, and having joined EAS more than a decade ago, Tirsa took on an ownership role in 2019. Prior to joining EAS, Tirsa worked in the Wealth Management Trust division at First Hawaiian Bank Tax department, starting in this field as a trust and estate tax accountant at KPMG.
Tirsa holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and earned her MBA in not-for-profit management from Chaminade University. She has a passion for non-profit work and has contributed significantly to various organizations. Tirsa has served as an elected board member of Voyager Charter School, participated on the audit committee for Elks 616, and held the position of Treasurer for Kumulokahi Canoe Club. With Tirsa's expertise and commitment, you can trust EAS to provide exceptional service and expertise in trustee services and taxation.

Diana Allen, Esq., CTFA
Diana Clifford Allen is a fourth-generation kama’aina deeply connected to Hawaii's vibrant community. Her journey includes graduating from Punahou School and Princeton University, followed by earning her law degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law.
Beginning her legal career in a downtown Honolulu litigation firm, Diana honed her legal skills.
She then spent 15 years in executive leadership at a family business spanning Hawaii, showcasing her exceptional business acumen. Transitioning back to law, she served as legal
counsel for a title and escrow company, enriching her real estate expertise. Additionally, Diana's extensive experience in fiduciary matters is evidenced by her longstanding role as trustee for numerous family entities. She also has served as a member of the Board of Outrigger Canoe Club, and Young Presidents’ Organization.
With this wealth of experience, Diana brings a unique perspective to EAS. She joined as
Principal in 2022, reaffirming her dedication to serving the Hawai’i community and committing to the great team at EAS.
